My every interaction with the Volvo service department has been a positive one.
Kady Raines took care of me when I arrived. She was very knowledgeable and efficient and kept me informed as I waited for my service to be completed. I was impressed that she knew about my "First Mile Maintenance Plan". Every other time that I have checked in at the front desk the service representatives had never heard of the program and I had to convince them (with my paperwork) that my maintenance charges were already paid for. Kudos to Kady!!

Had a very good experience yesterday. Have never been treated so good. The lady at the front desk was very informative. The technician even checked out my phone charger for me. I was not there this time for almost 3 hours. Things seem a lot different. Enjoyed it very much.

When in Dandridge,TN and Johnson City, TN for six-months (other six-months in Naples, FL) my # 1 Choice for Service has ALWAYS been Friendship Volvo in Bristol, Tennessee. Yesterday, I was so impressed with MATT MARTIN taking the " extra time" to review my 2020 Volvo XC-40 Service Records from Volvo Cars Of Naples which travel with me when in EAST TENNESSEE.
