What is Volvo Valet and how does it work?
Volvo Valet provides ultimate convenience by allowing you to service your car without leaving your home or office. We will pick up your Volvo from your location, leave you with a courtesy vehicle if needed, and return your freshly serviced car to you once the work is completed.
What does the Volvo Lifetime Parts & Labor Warranty cover?
When you purchase an eligible Volvo Genuine Part and have it installed at our service center, you pay for it once. If that part ever fails, we will replace it for free—including labor—for as long as you own the vehicle. (Note: This excludes standard wear-and-tear items).
Does my new Volvo come with complimentary maintenance?
Yes! For standard internal combustion engine (ICE) models, Volvo covers your first three regularly scheduled maintenance services (at 10k, 20k, and 30k miles). For Volvo Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs), coverage applies to the first two scheduled services at 20,000 and 40,000 miles.
